POLICY

  1. Once your arrangement is in production, any changes requested are subject to a $50 change fee, to supplement for any flowers that were wasted.
  2. We are not responsible for flowers after 48 hours. All sales are final, but if there is an issue with your flowers within 48 hours of receiving them, we can access on a case by case basis and make any necessary changes/fixes.
  3. We do not guarantee exact delivery times. (ex. Putting 5:00pm as the delivery time does not guarantee delivery at exactly 5:00pm unless it has been verbally confirmed by us).
  4. After we attempt a delivery we do not attempt delivery again unless it's paid for again. If order is picked up due to an unsuccessful delivery, a refund for the delivery is not available as it was attempted.

HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We offer same and next day delivery. Please note same day/rush orders are subject to a $20 surcharge. All same day orders must be placed before 11 AM EST, otherwise it will be made the following day.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in the Snellville/Grayson, GA area.
HOW FAR AWAY DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver within a 35 mile radius of Grayson, GA. 
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer same day/rush, next day, and 3-7 day turn around. We also provide shipping via UPS Ground. You are able to order as far in advance as you wish.
HOW IS DELIVERY CALCULATED?
Delivery is automatically calculated at the time of checkout. Delivery costs are based on your location.
DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS, OR APARTMENTS?
Yes, we can deliver to anywhere deliveries are accepted. Please be sure to provide clear delivery instructions such as, apartment/unit number, gate code, etc.
WHAT IF YOU ATTEMPT DELIVERY AND NO ONES HOME?
We will ask for permission to leave the order on the porch in a bucket to ensure freshness. You will receive a confirmation picture of the order being left.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY?
Once an order is out for delivery, you will receive a text confirmation. If the order is being shipped, you will receive tracking information via text.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERIES?
Yes we offer same day/rush deliveries for an additional $20. Same day orders MUST be placed before 11 AM EST.
DO YOU SHIP OUT OF STATE?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states.
ARE YOU OPEN ON WEEKENDS?
Yes, we are open 7 days a week; Monday - Friday from 8AM to 6PM.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE TO GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you are picking up your order, you will receive a text confirmation once it is ready, containing the pickup address. 
WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY AND I'M OUT OF THE DELIVERY RANGE?
We will assess on a case by case basis. In most instances, you will be charged an additional fee on top of the $20 delivery fee.
HOW MUCH TO PAINT/COLOR ROSES?
An additional $12 per dozen. $3 per individual flower.
WHAT COMES WITH EACH FLORAL ARRANGEMENT?
A personalized card with a message and one packet of floral food.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?
After receiving your flowers, immediately place them into cool water. Keep water level filled - flowers "drink" water through the bottom and sides of their stems. 
Please be sure to keep your water clean - changing it every 2 days. Every time you change the water, cut the stems at a 45 degree angle and add 1/4 of the flower food packet. Keep your flowers in a cool place.

Avoid placing your flowers in heat, direct sunlight and windows!

HOW LONG SHOULD MY FLOWERS LAST?
With proper care your flowers should last 7-10 days. Please note that some flowers are more sensitive than others and may not last as long as others.
I SAW AN ARRANGEMENT ON YOUR INSTAGRAM, BUT I DON'T SEE IT ON THE WEBSITE. CAN I STILL ORDER?
Yes. Please be sure to reach out via email or DM before placing your order - providing a picture and details of the arrangement you would like.
DO YOU OFFER EVENT FLORALS?
Yes! All event inquiries must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

ARE YOU ABLE TO GET ANY OTHER FRESH-CUT FLOWERS NOT LISTED FOR PRICING?
We are able to get other special fresh cut flowers upon request. Keep in mind certain flowers are seasonal and prices will vary.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT MORE THAN ONE COLOR ON A BOUQUET?
Select the "spray paint" add on and provide details of what colors you would like.
WHAT DOES "FLORIST CHOICE" MEAN?
Florist choice means, instead of the customer choosing, LaShomme will choose an assortment of flowers for your bouquet. Florist choice bouquets always vary and are 1 of 1.
